Challenges

With the growth of business we needed a tool that would satisfy our standards in project and document management, CRM. After having 8 test-drives we chose ONLYOFFICE. To be honest we were really excited and made a decision to run into a partnership with this company.

Achievements

We use the "Projects" module to manage complex contracts, to splitt period and tasks between the planning, marketing, server-related work, to switch them between team members and inform our employees about all the processes and updates within the project or task. Additionally, there is a Gantt Chart, which allows visually estimating its progress of project.

Special thanks for ONLYOFFICE Document Editors. Editing of complex documents has become much more convenient due to the direct work with editors in the browser.

Thanks to CRM, we were able to simplify communication with our customers by implementing a tag system.
