Improved integration with DocSpace 3.0

ONLYOFFICE Documents v8.3 brings enhanced support for ONLYOFFICE DocSpace v3.0. You can now sign in to your DocSpace account and explore the latest features, like Virtual Data Rooms, updated user types, OAuth 2.0, and more.

Spreadsheet protection

You can now secure your spreadsheet data with password protection, ensuring sensitive information remains accessible only to authorized users. With this feature, you can protect:

• Specific groups of cells;
• Formulas to prevent unauthorized changes.

Tabbed interface in editors on iPad

iPad users can enjoy a more streamlined editing experience with the new tabbed interface. Easily switch between multiple documents and work more efficiently without having to close or reopen files.

Filling in the signature field in PDF forms

The new version allows you to sign PDF forms by inserting an image into the signature field. This improvement makes completing and signing forms more convenient when working on the go.

Apple and Hangul Word file format support

ONLYOFFICE Documents v8.3 now supports viewing documents in Apple (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Hangul Word (HWP, HWPX) formats, making it easier to handle a wider range of file types.
