Why ONLYOFFICE
As Eduards recalls, a while back they were using Nextcloud and there was an option to connect ONLYOFFICE to work with documents. This way they got to know about ONLYOFFICE Workspace as well.
ONLYOFFICE Workspace has a very convenient combination of the document editors, mail and chat. At the moment when we discovered ONLYOFFICE, we had not found a similar tool that could meet our needs.
According to Eduards, the most useful feature for them is the ability to connect several email addresses to one user account. It is also very convenient to attach documents to emails from the storage.
Besides, the employees appreciate collaborative editing of the same document by several users. Eduards adds, that a voice & video chat built directly into Workspace would be a good fit for even more productivity.
What else, it is important for the company to store their data and documents in a safe space, so they use the two-factor authentication option provided in Workspace.
