How to fill out PDF forms in ONLYOFFICE Documents
First, open the PDF file to fill out in ONLYOFFICE Documents.
You can switch to mobile viewing mode for convenience. Click the three-dot icon to open the settings and activate the Mobile view.
Once the PDF form is open in ONLYOFFICE Documents, you can start filling out the form fields. Tap on a text field to enter your information, check boxes to make selections, or choose options from drop-down menus.
For easier navigation between fields, use the arrows to automatically move from one field to another. This way, you won’t miss any fields that need to be filled in.
Pay attention to the line where comments appear. They may contain prompts for completion or a character limit or character type.
If you have filled in incorrect data during the filling process, you can clear all fields with one click. Go to settings and select Clear All Fields.
After completing the form, take a moment to review your entries and ensure accuracy. If you need to make any changes, you can easily edit the text or adjust selections before finalizing the document.
To see what the completed form looks like, use the preview. To do this, click the import icon in the upper right corner and select Quick View.
Once you have completed the form, save the document to your device. You can also share the completed form via email or messaging apps, allowing you to send it to the recipient.
