Call for usability testing: ONLYOFFICE DocSpace v3.0

We are always looking for ways to enhance your experience with our products, and now we need your input! Participate in a usability test focused on ONLYOFFICE DocSpace and help us improve it. Learn all the details below.

Brief details

Testing type: Unmoderated usability testing, via UserTesting service.

Estimated testing time: 15 minutes.

Deadline: you can join at any convenient time till January 31, 2025.

Contribution rewards*: As a reward, you can get a free license for ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Family Pack or a free one-year subscription for ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Business Cloud with 3 admins (one reward per one participant).

*To get a reward, contact us at marketing@onlyoffice.com once you have completed the testing. Please specify “Usability testing. January 2025” in the subject field.

How to participate

Open the test page.

Please note: these tests are intended to run on your PC or laptop only.

Enter your email and check the box to agree with the Privacy Policy and Contributor Terms of Service.

During the testing session, you will need to give access to a shared screen and microphone. We kindly ask you to speak aloud about your actions and thoughts and any difficulties you may face.

Click the Get started button to launch the test.

Once you start the test, we recommend you answer all the questions in one go. However, you can take as long as you want.

Available tests

1. Virtual Data Rooms. Test the basic functionality of DocSpace’s new room type, VDR.

You can participate even if you are not familiar with DocSpace, but prioritize secure data management and use encryption tools.

2. Inviting users to rooms. This test focuses on the functionality of inviting new users to rooms and assigning different roles to them.

Please, start this test only if you are familiar with the DocSpace interface and have regular experience as a Room admin.

Your performance on the tasks doesn’t matter — our focus is on how you interact with the platform. By sharing your comments and impressions during the test, you’ll play a key role in helping us refine ONLYOFFICE DocSpace.
