New plugin in ONLYOFFICE: use OnlyDraw to easily insert stickers into your documents

Whether you need a quick icon from a built-in library, a personalized hand-drawn sketch, or custom emotes, this all-in-one tool makes it simple. What is OnlyDraw

The OnlyDraw plugin is a creative tool designed to help you quickly enhance your documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

With this plugin, you can:

• Insert library images: Browse an included collection of pictures and icons, and add them to your file with a double-click.
• Build custom emotes: Combine facial features and expressions to create your own emotes, then embed them instantly.
• Freehand draw: Sketch unique designs by hand and insert them into your file.

How to use the plugin

This plugin can be used in all ONLYOFFICE editors. If you haven’t used ONLYOFFICE yet, you can create a free DocSpace account or download the desktop app to get started.

Below is a quick guide to help you make the most of this plugin:

1. Install and open the plugin

• Go to the Plugins tab.
• Open the Plugin Manager in the top toolbar.
• Find OnlyDraw and click Install.

• In the Plugins tab, click the OnlyDraw icon to launch the plugin.

2. Insert images from the built-in library

The plugin provides a rich image library. You can browse for the desired images by category, then place the cursor where you’d like the image inserted and double-click to embed it into your document.

3. Create custom emotes

Want to craft your own emotes? OnlyDraw provides a range of facial shapes and expressions. First, select the elements you want to combine.

Once you’re satisfied with the result, double-click the preview to insert the emote into your file.

4. Draw freehand

The plugin provides a drawing board, allowing you to freely draw personalized images and insert them into your docs, sheets and slides.

• Set brush color: Click the color block at the top to pick a color from the palette, use the eyedropper, or enter values (RGB, HSL, HEX).

• Adjust brush thickness: Drag the thickness slider on the right.

• Start drawing: Press and hold the left mouse button while moving your cursor on the drawing board.

• Reset your sketch: Click Clear Screen to start over.

• Insert or download: When your drawing is ready, click Insert to add it to your document or Download to save it as a PNG.

5. Upload your own images

If the image you need is not available in the plugin’s library, you can upload it from your device.

Click Upload Pictures at the top of the plugin window. Select a local image file to upload. Find it in the Myself section and double-click to insert.
