Create forms in PDF
With ONLYOFFICE editors, you can create fillable forms immediately in PDF format and fill them directly in the ownCloud platform.
To get started, select PDF form in the Files module. You can also use a ready-made document to add fillable fields to it. Click PDF form from existing text file.
Once the PDF editor’s window opens, you can add fields like text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-down lists, etc.
To simplify the process of filling out forms, customize field settings to meet your specific needs, allowing you to set field size, format, allowed symbols, character limit, font, and required fields.
Edit your PDF forms
Since version 8.1 of ONLYOFFICE Docs, PDF files are also available for editing.
To switch to edit mode, click the View button in the upper right corner and select Edit. You can also click the Edit PDF button on the Home tab.
From now on, the PDF editor allows you to:
- Edit text;
- Insert and customize various objects such as tables, shapes, text boxes, images, TextArts, etc.;
- Add hyperlinks and equations;
- Add, rotate, delete pages;
- Customize the layout and formatting according to your requirement.
