We have released the version 11.0 of our cloud collaboration platform with numerous enhancements and useful features in spreadsheets.

The Favorites and Recent folders

In version 11.0, you can mark files as favorites and quickly find them in the Favorites folder. Your recently edited docs can be instantly accessed in the Recent folder.

Custom filter

Custom Filter hides the data you don’t want to show before sharing your spreadsheet. Also, the new access right Custom filter will help the teams who have to work on spreadsheets in real-time sorting data. Users with Custom Filter rights will be able to edit the spreadsheet, but all their actions with the filters won’t distract others during co-editing.

Integration with kDrive

Now you can connect kDrive, a Swiss cloud storage, to the Documents module to access, edit, and share docs stored on kDrive from the ONLYOFFICE interface.

Notifications via Telegram

Now you can configure getting notifications via Telegram, one of the most popular messaging apps in the world. Stay in the know about your portal activity.

Long-awaited features in spreadsheets

Use pivot tables, conditional formatting for viewing, removing duplicates, slicers for formatted tables, new hotkeys and many other improvements.

Productivity features for text documents

Easily insert current time and date, special characters, view endnotes, add adaptive quotes for different languages and images for filling shapes.

Automatically running macros

This highly demanded feature for faster work on documents is now available for all three editors. It is disabled by default and activates only if you wish to.

Security fixes

We fixed several vulnerabilities and increased the authorization security. Also, for safety reasons, we disabled the option to use third-party clients for Talk, our instant messenger.
