Move your TeamLab Portal to Ireland!

Hello everyone!

Today we have great news for our European users.

We got a new data center for TeamLab servers based in Ireland. From now on there are two locations where TeamLab is hosted: US West (Oregon) Region and EU (Ireland) Region. Both belong to the recognized cloud hosting leader – Amazon.

Why is it important?

The best part here is that you can arrange your cloud office migration from Oregon data center to the Irish one. The closer the server location is,  the higher your portal performance speed will be. So if your team is  closer to Ireland rather than to the USA, the migration step makes a lot  of sense!

How do I migrate?

To transfer TeamLab portal to the other region, go to “General Settings” and find the “Server Region” field.

Please, note: once you check a different location, the migration process starts and you can not cancel it. The portal will not be available during the migration process. Once migration is complete the portal URL will be changed and all the shared documents links will be inaccessible. All the information will be transmitted to the new data bases and will not be available at the previous address.
